Making a return is fast and easy. Every Seller on the carestockroom marketplace abides by our Returns Policy. Please make sure you have read our Returns Policy.
Here are the step-by-step instructions to make a return
From the home page click on your name (top right of screen).
Click on orders.
Choose the order that you want to return - click return order - this will generate a ‘pop up’ form.
Complete the ‘pop up’ form with the following information:
This will then come to us at carestockroomHQ where your request to return the item is checked against our Returns Policy.
Your Return will then be authorised and you will get a reference number along with the address to which the item needs to be posted.
NB it is important that you do not post your product(s) until you have received this information as your return may not then be processed.
Return the product(s) quoting the reference number and to the returns address provided in step 5.
NB it is advisable to use a tracked service when posting returns so that you have proof of postage.
Once the item(s) has been safely received, we will process a refund (where applicable). Please note, each Seller on the carestockroom.com marketplace assesses the condition of the returned products and we need to have their instruction in order to complete your refund.
The refund will be credited via the payment method used for the purchase. This can sometimes take a few days for your payment provider to process and for the refunded monies to show on your account.
